Associate Director, Proposal Development
With a leadership role in Precise ParkLink’s proposal development department, Cynthia is responsible for discerning our clients’ needs and developing compelling win themes that align our product and service offerings with those needs.
In so doing, she works collaboratively with subject matter experts from among our R&D engineers, ensures the messaging within our marketing department’s collateral is consistent with our proposals, and mentors a small team of writers to develop their unique talents to the department’s advantage.
Prior to joining Precise ParkLink in 2015, Cynthia proved time and again that she is adaptable and resourceful, leveraging her business management training at Humber College to stay ahead of evolving standards and best practices in every industry she’s worked in. This resourcefulness and her innate interest in technology have made her a valuable asset to the team she supports, assisting them in conceptualizing client solutions and implementing tools and processes to simplify their business practices.
As a mother to two daughters and a mentor to a second small family of writers, Cynthia is approachable and sincere, and as an experienced business development professional, she upholds her industry’s core values of integrity and accountability. Perfectly reflecting both sides of this managerial style, Cynthia’s proudest moment in her role as associate director was getting her entire team certified with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals at the foundation level.
